e-Delivery as official electronic correspondence — who, when, how to set up the inbox.

e-Delivery is the electronic equivalent of registered mail. From 2026 mandatory for all entrepreneurs as the basic communication channel with public administration.

Who needs it

All CEIDG and KRS entrepreneurs from 1 Jan 2026. From 1 Oct 2026 — full office integration. No address = no effective delivery.

How to set up

Apply via biznes.gov.pl or gov.pl for an electronic delivery address (ADE). After verification you get an ADE and inbox. Free Poczta Polska inbox or qualified commercial available.

Legal effect

Electronic delivery has same effect as registered post. Term runs from delivery (max 14 days from sending — delivery fiction). No pickup = effective delivery.
