Every employer must keep working time records for each employee. Basis for wages, overtime and leave.
Individual card per employee: hours per working day, overtime, Sunday/holiday work, on-call, leave, absences. Paper or electronic.
Max 8 overtime hours per week and 150 per year (or up to 416 if collective agreement). Pay: 100% per hour + 50% supplement (workdays) or 100% (Sundays, holidays, night 21:00-7:00).
Generally forbidden, exceptions (chain retail, continuous production, food, rescue). For Sunday — another day off within 6 days before/after; otherwise wage + 100% supplement.
